Quentin is a quantity surveyor and qualified builder who has been working in construction for 30 plus years. What he doesn’t know about concrete and construction isn’t worth knowing.
He has run his own concrete foundation company for 25 years previously and now brings his wealth of experience to Formspec.
GEOFF DONLEY
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Geoff has 20 years’ experience in building residential and commercial spaces and has been fortunate to have worked for companies that have valued talent and invested in training.
He is a chartered accountant who has prided himself on having a wide range of relationships with clients, suppliers, stakeholders and the whanau and families that connect us.
SHANE ANDERSON
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Shane is our Operations Manager with experience in both piling and construction. Shanes military background puts him in good stead as our logistical expert and ensures our deliveries and job packs are fulfilled without a hitch.
Shane manages and supervises our teams across multiple departments, including production, logistics and customer service.
TYSON ANDERSON
GENERAL MANAGER
Tyson is a qualified builder who has been working in the construction industry both commercial and residential for 20 years.
He has managed large projects and has a proven track record of making sure our projects run smoothly. He is known as a multi tasker and has a can-do attitude to ensure the client is happy.
MICHAEL DANIELL
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Mike has been working as yard and maintenance manager for around 7 years for us. He is meticulous with keeping our workshop clean and tidy and our forms in top quality condition after each use and his organisational skills are second to none.
Mike has been teaching us sign language as he is hearing impaired – we are proud to have him as part of our team and he brings a cheerful and can do attitude with everything he does.
